Using Hypnosis Audio To Reinforce Hypnosis

Hypnosis tapes still do exist though most people have gone to hypnosis CDs and digital downloads. The process is still the same, it's the quality that differs. Also, you may find it difficult these days to actually find a cassette recorder and if so hypnosis tapes may not be so easily available.

The term self hypnosis tapes can be misleading because all hypnosis tapes can be considered self hypnosis tapes. The confusion comes in when you think that because someone is speaking on the tape it's not yourself that's making the hypnotic process happen. But though you are being guided by the voice on the tape it can still be considered a self hypnotic process. This is because it is dais that all hypnosis is self hypnosis for the person needs to allow the process to take place and be a willing participant.

Finding weight loss hypnosis tapes on the internet around the New Year while resolutions kick in are almost as easy as finding people who send junk email. It's amazing how many people jump back on that New Year resolution band wagon each year but the rest of the year eat out of control and get fatter and fatter. And when you look for weight loss hypnosis tapes to help you the best may not be in that wave of tapes available around that time.

The two main reasons people don't have results is their misunderstanding of the need to have a real desire. Not a wishy-washy wishful thought like, "Sure, I'd like to stop" but a real committed desire to end the habit once and for all. The second is their misunderstanding as to how to use a hypnosis tape stop smoking program.

The way I am referring to a self hypnosis tape in this article is more based on being guided to do self hypnosis for any purpose but there are self hypnosis tapes with specific titles on a variety of topics that will guide a person to their inner ability to achieve their goals. This is what most hypnosis tapes are like, They are created with suggestions for a specific topic that assists someone to reach the associated goal intended on the self hypnosis tape.

I remember when I was looking through the hypnosis tapes I had as masters the weight loss hypnosis tape and a few others had looked like they dried out or something. And the glue that holds that felt piece in place that the tape runs across had dried up and the felt piece just fell off.

During the course of my recording hypnosis tapes over the years I have recorded hypnosis tapes for so many different issues. At first it was the most common topics you hear about but then it went further and further into different issues people have or just goals they wanted to achieve.

The key factors involved are desire, belief and expectancy. Whenever a person has this going for them there is an internal process that happens no matter how powerful the suggestions may be on the stop smoking hypnosis tape.

Hypnosis tapes and Cds should be used to help reinforce suggestions after visiting a local hypnotist. To find the best hypnosis tapes or CDs for you, please visit our web site.

Hypnosis Programs On CD

There are so many people offering a hypnosis CD or hypnosis audio programs. Some are more well known but be sure how they are well known. Is it self promotion and advertising so they look like they are "the best" or have they been endorsed by reputable sources and have received their recognition from other sources.

Statistics show that more and more people are looking for ways to feel better, be healthier and have a calm mind. When we are calm in our thoughts and emotions we literally improve our physical health as well. The advantage of using hypnosis CDs is that you can do this when the time is convenient for you, not a scheduled appointment, and in the privacy of your own home. Hypnosis CD self improvement methods are helpful to varying degrees among people.

You can get a single hypnosis CD, sets of 2 or more and even a big audio program. There is only so much that you will need so look at the titles and choose what suits you so that with the hypnosis CD weight loss will have a better chance. If you use too much, like a ten pack of CDs you may confuse and cloud your mind and the direction you want it to take. It's best to be clear and precise.

People have fallen into the trap of conscious thinking using the struggle of will power, though everyone who does it knows it doesn't work. And if or when it does, it's short lived. The process hypnosis CDs self motivate is the subconscious process to change, which is the only effective way.

What matters most is that you do your research and not believe what you're told. Who is behind the message, what is their intent and why are they saying what they are saying?

Other reasons for varied results are based on the creator of the hypnosis CD. If the language patterns are not created correctly they may be ineffective. Also some people create a hypnosis CD that sounds like something from a mystery movie with too many sound effects or enhanced vocal sounds, which are truly unnecessary and sometimes so annoying the hypnosis CD isn't used

When using a hypnosis CD stop smoking is easier when your desire to stop is stronger. One key element is to have a strong desire for any change before the change can happen. Once the desire is strong and you believe you can make this change, along with the help of the hypnosis CD stop smoking becomes easier to do.

There is so much that we did easily and naturally as children that as adults we have issue with. Children do not have all the thoughts and emotions mixing them up. They simply respond as nature intended, whether it's in how they eat, sleep, use their internal confidence or wander in their minds and fantasize.

So there may not be one best hypnosis CD for it depends on what the person is looking to accomplish and what they are more personally comfortable with. Listen to audio samples on websites if you can to give you an idea if this would be the best hypnosis CD for you.

There are thousands of places on the internet to purchase hypnosis CDs, but only one place to find thebest hypnosis CD. Rated #1 by Shape magazine; please visit our web site.

Covert Hypnosis - How Does It Work?

Covert Hypnosis is the ability to hypnotize people without them ever knowing it. With hypnosis you can manipulate another person's psyche and influence his or her decision making process, desires, wishes, and perception. So I think you might already know some about what caovert hypnosis is capable of, but here I need to address some of the limitations built into covert hypnosis, some of the myths that people have around hypnosis. People do think that covert hypnosis is an all-powerful force that controls people's minds, is capable of leaping tall buildings, and doing all kinds of crazy things. As a hypnotist you really need to understand what you can achieve, and what the limits are to what is possible with hypnosis.

One of the first limits is this idea of mind control. Mind control hypnosis does not exist. When someone is hypnotized, they are not your slave. They are not someone who has to do everything you tell them to. In hypnosis they merely want to do more of the things you suggest to them.

However, there are limits. For example, you cannot get someone to break their moral code under covert hypnosis. You can't force someone to commit a crime like murder or theft if they wouldn't be willing to do that crime under normal circumstances anyway.

The reverse is also true. You can't treat criminal behavior with just covert hypnosis. You need to have the person's will included in the process. If someone is, for example, a kleptomaniac - that is to say, someone who has to keep stealing things, but they want to stop stealing - then hypnosis can be used tremendously well.

If someone is a thief and doesn't care about being a thief, then hypnosis will do nothing to change that person. If it worked differently then we wouldn't need prisons. We would just send hypnotists in and we'd solve all those problems that are currently faced by the prison population.

In covert hypnosis, your mind is still under your control. The difference is that in covert hypnosis you get to experience things that you otherwise would not allow yourself to experience. As a result, you get to enjoy a different kind of life. You get to test out what life would be like if the world was different. If you like it, you get to keep it.

Move You Don't Have Stand Still

Time for a change? Find your passion and joy. Find yourself.

The end of a relaxed summer season can leave you flat and unmotivated. When looking forward to ramping up for the Fall, the inclination is to consider all the work we have to do... all the changes we have to make ... all the relationships we have to repair and all the compromises we have to face.

No wonder we're not motivated and energised to get back into the swing of things!! Maybe this time we start looking for the good stuff. The potential we have in ourselves and in our lives. Children celebrate who they are, every day. The laugh without restraint, they cry without embarrassment, they move to music, enjoy the wet of rain, celebrate the hot sun, glory in the chill of snow. What happened to us? How did we grow out of celebrating each moment of our life? How did we come to need 'motivating' to live joyfully?

Here are five ways to find your joy in life. To allow yourself to celebrate who and how you are. To bring the best of you to achieve your goals and share your light.

1. Know where you are now... exactly where you are. You need to write down where you are stuck. Be very detailed about it. Make the lists under the headings: I'm stuck physically here (include all the feelings this 'stuckness' gives you). I'm stuck emotionally here. I'm stuck intellectually here. I'm stuck spiritually here. If you wish you could add to this, where you are stuck in relationships, family, career and life skills.

2. Take a sheet of paper and divide it down the middle. One side at the top, write Plus Energy, on the other side write Minus Energy. Now make a list of all the people you come in contact with on a regular basis who add to your energy, and who take energy from you.

3. Make a list of the things you do, or say to yourself, which give you energy, and which deplete your energy. For instance, do you really need to see the 11 p.m. news? Do you munch on candy or drink more than a glass of wine each evening, leaving you to feel draggy in the morning? Do you feel better - or worse about yourself after seeing a particular friend?

4. Next sheet of paper. List the numbers, 1 to 52. Next to each number, write down one small thing that you commit to do each week to move the Minus Energy item over to the Plus side. For instance, if you have a friend who, although is seemingly a very nice and kind person, somehow always makes you feel 'less than' after you've seen her or him, then decide what you're going to do about this. You might not want to give up the friendship totally, but instead of meeting for dinner, maybe you meet for a movie, and there's less time for toxic talk. All it takes is one small change a week, moving in the right direction, to change your life. As you begin to change your world, one small step at a time, you will find it becomes easier and easier to make larger changes. Anyone can do one small thing a week!

5. Visualise you being the best you can be. Use self-hypnosis to invent the life you want and install it into your subconscious mind. If you don't know how to do this, find a certified consulting hypnotist in your area and ask them to teach you. It shouldn't take more than one or two sessions in their clinic. As you do this, it becomes the blueprint for your actions, thoughts and behaviours, so that both consciously and subconsciously you are moving with positive energy towards the new you!

Hang this 52-week promise to yourself on the fridge, or somewhere you will see it everyday. Celebrate your life, your time on this planet, and the magnificent human being that you are! One small change at a time, through the power of your magnificent mind.

Dr Georgina Cannon, board certified consulting hypnotherapist is a best-selling author, international lecturer, and director of the Ontario Hypnosis School and Clinic teaching both clients and students to find their own power and magnificence.

Using Self-Hypnosis For Weight Loss

We are often told that healthy people tend to like a lot of fruits and vegetables. What I have found is that many over-weight people also like their fruits and vegetables, but they also have a compulsion to over eat. They try a large number of the many diet programs and fail to loss the extra pounds or the compulsion to over eat. They become frustrated with dieting and decide to give up. Good news, there is an answer!

We live by habits - failure habits or success habits. Our habits are reflected in our conscious behavior, but the real controller is at a uch deeper level call the subconscious mind. Stored in the subconscious mind are the negative thoughts and beliefs that instruct our conscious mind to behave in certain ways. To change our behavior, we must reach down into the deeper level of consciousness and change the accumulated "Bad" ideas that reside there.

The easiest method I know of to do this is with hypnosis or self-hypnosis. Hypnosis holds the key to reprogramming your subconscious mind to change negative beliefs, including beliefs about food. Hypnosis or self-hypnosis can help you by training the subconscious mind to overcome the negative thoughts and beliefs about eating, which in turn causes the conscious mind to make better, healthier decisions about what and when to eat. I assure you, if you are struggling with weight loss, hypnosis can provide the extra motivation to enable you to escape the many food traps that get in the way of you losing weight.

Self hypnosis can help you make the changes quickly and more easily than you would ever imagine possible. Especially now, that there is a new self hypnosis technique called "brainwave entertainment or brainwave programming". We all have heard about brain waves, and most of us know that our brain waves respond to certain frequencies. Well, brainwave programming is based upon this principle of frequencies affecting the brain waves. This hypnosis technique trains your subconscious mind through brain wave technology to change negative thoughts and beliefs, which allows you to make massive improvements in your life. Brainwave technology is used to make CD's, and all you have to do is listen.

Using weight loss hypnosis is nothing new. Hypnosis has been used for many years to create positive change in people's lives. What is new is brainwave programming, which greatly improves the success of hypnotic and self-hypnotic techniques. The CD's made with this technique will not only help you to loss weight, they will help you to finally get rid of the negative thoughts and negative self image.

Building Rapport

What dose rapport mean? With my entertainers hat on, as a magician it means getting people into the right place, to lead them with the use of suggestion and influence, with the aim of creating entertainment. Leading people to become a part of an unforgettable experience, leading people into a fun and exciting place for a little escapisum and that is what entertainment should be. The reason for gaining rapport with people is to lead them, whether its the purchasing of goods or services or to lead them in the relinquishing of fears and anxieties, toward the gaining of confidence and motivation or indeed for any other purpose.

In my work I start by assuming that I have rapport already and lead. Many of the masters of influence and rapport will also assume they are leading and generally people will follow. Sheer personal power and charisma are enough to put you in the leading position and the more we continue to develop our charisma the more we become likeable and influential and the easier we make it for others to gain rapport with us as we lead. There is more, you are also a performer or a speaker, therapist, salesman, consumer or in any kind of situation with people and they are giving you their attention, right? They are listening and ready to follow, so you can influence and lead them to better health, wealth, happiness or any number of other vibrant destinations...

Buying some petrol the other day I walked happily up to the counter and in a confident manner announced/asked: "good morning Graham, and how are you?" to the man I had never met before, displaying as per Sainsbury's directions for all the world to see his most personal of all possessions, his name. Making full use of a person's name will go a long way to creating rapport, taking the time to say hello and enquire after him opened a dialogue, a happy and upbeat dialogue with Graham.

When working as the aforementioned prestidigitator in delightfully exotic and splendid locations I like to introduce myself to the table or group by firstly explaining to them what I'm doing and then by supplying my name. I then proceed to ask the names of all the people on the table; once they have all been supplied I restate my name and the magic begins. The audience are no longer merely passive observers but are now all active participants in the event because; I have entered into a dialogue, a verbal exchange with everybody on the table. They are already doing what I have asked, admittedly I have only asked them to tell me their names and I volunteered my name to them first, nonetheless they have still complied with my request. Next I can ask them to comply with other small requests, like choose a card and they will follow more readily…

We already have rapport with people; it's just a question of deepening it. When on holiday if you meet a person from the same hometown as you, in general most people will instantly feel a connection, (a connection will even be felt when they are merely from the same country as you, if you are holidaying abroad). The differences between you and them, have been minimised by finding some commonality. There are many ways of minimising those differences, as I'm sure you are aware. The use of techniques like:

Matching and mirroring of body language. Matching of predicates, (The words we use) Matching of voice tonality and Rate of speech. The sneaky use of embedded commands. Association etc…

These techniques all have their place. As a performer I have the lovely position of choosing who I work with and from an audience I pick the person with whom I think I will get the best results, based on my observations of them from the outset. With maybe 10 minuets in each groups delightful company it is I find important to establish rapport very quickly.

A table, just as any audience will have its leaders and followers (it is normally foot stools and chairs that follow tables); there will always be loud people on the table just as there will always be quiet, shy people there. If you attempt to gain your maximum rapport with the shy people on the table the louder and more dominant people, wanting some of the attention for themselves, will split the dynamic of the table or group. If however you angle a higher percentage of your attention to the person or people in the group who seem to be dominating the table already and gain rapport with them the others will follow their example much easier (and the example they are to follow is one of respect and indeed in the giving of clear and open sensory input channels to me.) This luxury affords me the opportunity to be aware of my influence on other people who are en-rapport with me and, for a moment in time, lead and entertain them…

…where will you lead and who will follow? Learning N.L.P and hypnosis I find will inspire you to become more interested in the whole area of persuasion, influence and the development of yourself and your abilities in every area of your life that you are aware of and indeed new areas you will find as you continue with your adventures on our most resplendent planet, Earth.

Techniques Of Self Hypnosis

A daily practice of self hypnosis is better than an apple a day. Remember the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"? Well we know that was a bit farfetched but made the point to eat your daily fruit. The true fruits to be had for mental, emotional and physical health and well being all stem from our inner self, the mind. The way we think and feel is what it's all about and self hypnosis is the way to maintaining that inner balance and positive self.

It's becoming more and more talked about and mentioned in media these days. It seems the use of meditation and other personal self improvement practices like hypnosis self help methods have gained in popularity. People are not doing something new, they are just going to what has always been available and THE way for personal awareness and growth.

However, the majority of people using CDs self hypnosis programs for personal improvement usually receive some benefit as just the process of daily relaxation and time alone gives us benefits emotionally and physically. When using CDs self hypnosis is easier as the listener is being guided rather than doing this alone, like meditation, but what if the listener doesn't like the speaker's accent or vocal tone or the background sounds? This is yet a possibility for another disadvantage of using CDs.

It's not only a true benefit to a person's life to use hypnosis recordings for personal change but it's also fun to do. Sometimes I wish I had more time to devote to creating hypnosis audio programs because I do really enjoy the process. I know there is potential to help more people I would otherwise never meet and I'm also able to use the creative part of me that I enjoy. Creating hypnosis recordings can also be fun as they have such a range in topics and subject matter.

Imagine the thousands of people who have used my hypnosis audio programs and tell their friend, "I just found the best self hypnosis CDs" and their friend tells them, "No, I just found the best." So they decide to switch and test each other's "best" and find they didn't like it as much as what they originally used. Both are good but really, what determines the best self hypnosis anything? Perception is what determines what is best for anyone.

Hypnosis is a very powerful yet natural and therefore safe process that has been in play since there was man. We are influenced by suggestion be it intentional or not and hypnosis is 'bypassing the analytical conscious mind to access the subconscious'. That's one definition but it is the basis of all the definitions and what hypnosis is. And you can help self hypnosis help you but only if you use it. Isn't that the problem with all things?

There is a difference between guided hypnosis with a facilitator, such as a certified hypnotist or self hypnosis hypnosis process either alone or with the use of an audio while alone. With the facilitator you are guided and with self hypnosis you guide. However, it is said that all hypnosis is self hypnosis because the individual must allow the process to happen. You see, entering the hypnotic state of mind is simply the same as when we daydream. Now if you were someone who for some odd reason never wanted to daydream, once you felt it happening you could pop yourself right back to a complete alert and aware state.

Self hypnosis has been used for hundreds of years, sometimes even without you knowing that you are hypnotized. Different Self Hypnosis programs can be found at our web site. Please take a moment to visit us.

Panic Attacks - Controlling With Hypnosis

It is normal, natural and common to get panicky from time to time. You may be late for work, think you can hear a burglar downstairs, or be about to sit an exam. These feelings are natural, and pass fairly quickly. They are simply down to our 'flight or fight' responses that our body has been equipped with to prepare for potentially threatening situations. The heart beats quicker and the digestive system closes down in order to allow the body to concentrate on the perceived threat.

A panic attack has similarities with this, but there are notable differences. A panic attack often occurs when there is no obvious physical threat, and the feelings are stronger than 'normal' panic. It is simply like a false alarm - like an annoying smoke detector that goes off at the wrong times. The problem is that our 'alarm system' was designed millions of years ago when we had many more potential dangers to deal with. We have a lot less potential threats to deal with now, but our body does not know this. Today we have lots of different stresses that we are not designed to deal with.

A large number of people have experienced panic attacks at some point in their lives. Some people may get them daily, whereas others may get them every few months or even years. They are fairly common and are not a sign of mental illness.

Some of the symptoms include Heart pounding, beating fast, or missing a beat Chest pains Breathing fast or feeling short of breath Numbness or tingling in the fingers toes or lips Feeling sick Feeling faint Feelings of terror Feelings of unreality, like you are not really there Feeling anxious in situations where you have had a panic attack before

People often think negative thoughts, which are untrue, such as I am having a heart attack I am going to be sick I cannot breath I am going to make an idiot of myself I have to get out of here now

After experiencing a panic attack people often escape the situation and avoid it in the future. This can be detrimental as it may re-enforce the fear. The mind will realise that something 'bad' happened the last time you were in a particular situation, and the longer you leave it before facing the situation again, the more the mind is convinced the same will happen again. This can become a self fulfilling prophecy, and take hold of you in a way similar to a phobia.

I have found that treating sufferers of panic attacks in a similar way to treating phobias seems to be a very successful option. The ultimate aim has to be to empower the client to face their fears. A good old fashioned ego boost hypnosis session is often a useful first port of call. I have also found that systematic desensitisation is very useful. For those not familiar, you work with your client to construct a hierarchy of fears. Usually I have a scale going in tens from 0 to 100. At zero this is where there is no fear (perhaps sitting at home with a cup of tea), and one hundred represents maximum fear (at a supermarket checkout for example). The patient is guided to a medium level of trance and a 'yes' 'no' IMR is installed (left index finger 'yes', right index finger 'no'). You then simply walk the patient through the hierarchy, giving lots of calming and relaxing suggestions, and moving them to the next step when they report that they are feeling calm and relaxed.

However I do not feel that hypnotherapy is enough. The hypnotherapy can help them face their fears, but if they do not physically do this fairly soon after the therapy (within 3 weeks) then they are often back to square one. To give good quality therapy, one must also work out a strategy to help integrate them back into the places and situations that they experienced panic attacks. Otherwise there is a danger they could soon slip backwards.

I usually try to 'dilute' the situation. For example a patient who has panic attacks in the supermarket may wish to initially travel to the supermarket but not go in. The next session they may wish to go inside, but not buy anything. Next they may wish to buy one item. The patient may or may not need your support with this. They may wish to have you go with them, or a friend, or have the option of telephone support. Positive feedback is very useful when they have pushed themselves through a barrier. Congratulate them and point out to them that they are OK - still alive and well! By challenging their fears they can become more in control, and the attacks should become less and less common. As a good hypnotherapist you can offer further hypnosis sessions to help them deal with any further issues that may arise during these non-hypnotic sessions. A post hypnotic suggestion so that when they say the word "calm", they feel calm and relaxed, is always a good idea.

If the patient starts having a panic attack, try and encourage them not to quickly escape the situation. This will reinforce the fear and set them back. Try to persuade them to remain in the place they are having a panic attack until it passes. This is really helpful in breaking the cycle of fear. Reassure them and remind them that they have had panic attacks before and nothing bad is going to happen. It may be useful to teach them breathing exercises for this eventuality, or give them a post hypnotic suggestion for relaxation when they say a particular keyword. If they are adamant that they must leave, then do not force the issue. This 'flooding' could traumatise them and set them back further. More relaxation work may be needed if they opt out, and half a step back when they are ready to again confront their fears.

I have had lots of success in dealing with panic attacks, and believe that it is mostly down to the leg work in confronting their fears. An action plan of some description is needed after the trance work. I think that this is crucial for successful rehabilitation. The patient may or may not be strong enough to do this by himself, but the issue needs addressing. The patient should be made aware that they must quickly face the situations again, and should be offered some support if they feel they need it. Hypnotherapy on it's own is usually not enough.

How To Hypnotise Someone Now

Hypnotism is something that seems very elusive to people. This could be due to what many have witnessed in movies or possibly seen a collection of people hypnotized all at once. In it's simplest form, hypnosis is simply a way to relax the mind through helping someone focus and alleviate blocks that may be keeping that individual from being in a relaxed state of mind. There are various techniques that can be utilized to achieve this state but what surprises most is that people can be in a hypnotized state at various times of the day without even knowing it. How this happens is that people often daydream, become very relaxed or allow their minds to drift resulting in a semi-hypnotic state.

Perhaps you are interested in learning how to hypnotize someone. If this is the case, there are plenty of courses available in the form of Cds, DVDs, on line courses and books at your disposal. Following the same lines, there are self hypnosis courses that entail a wide variety of subject matter. This type of hypnosis is available and sought for those of us who are dealing with addictions or to help with a troublesome issue. You will want to steer clear of any course promising to teach you hypnosis via sideshow tricks. The old saying is, "You get what you pay for." With these types of courses you will be simply wasting your money.

As you put someone under a hypnotic state, you open their mind to suggestion and contrary to popular belief, they will not be fully controlled by you. During the time someone is in a state of hypnosis, they are still in control of faculties. Another common misconception about people that are under hypnosis is that they have amnesia. It is a very rare case that a person would be in a deep enough state of hypnosis to actually experience amnesia. In the majority of cases, when someone is under hypnosis they are fully cognizant of the world around them.

The steps needed to actually hypnotize someone are pretty simple. We know already that people can sometimes hypnotize themselves. All you have to do is help them get to that actual state. Of the many hypnotist's out there, each one will have his or her own style they use. These different styles may include soft, soothing speech and also the use of mental images to aid them in placing someone under hypnosis.

So, if you are trying to learn how to hypnotize someone, the best thing that you can do is to buy a course and put the misconceptions about hypnosis out of your mind. Once you have done this, you will be able to help your friends and family members and even yourself to achieve a level of relaxation that can be very therapeutic. After you have mastered the art of hypnosis, there's nothing you won't be able to do for yourself and others.

Beating Your Fears

Have you ever felt afraid - I mean so much so that it prevented you from doing something you really wanted to do? Believe it or not, this is more common problem than you may think and is faced by many people daily.

Fear has such power that it can prevent you from doing the things you want to. Sailing, following your dreams, skydiving, even achieving success, whatever. It can hold you back from the quality of life you desire if you allow it to control you long enough.

Many people don't realize that fear is nothing more than natural reaction to a frightening or unfamiliar situation. While you usually feel this with no conscious effort on your part, there are things you can do to help overcome it.

Expecting negative results from something feeds your fear. Worrying about what could go wrong doesn't help. Concentrate on a positive outcome and what you can do to make it happen.

Make a conscious effort to expect the best by looking for the positive in every situation. And if fear does manage to creep into your consciousness, keep it in perspective and balance it against an underlying sense of confidence.

It's easy for someone else to tell say "don't worry about it" or "it'll be fine", easy for them to say. This may be true, but it sure doesn't feel that way at the time. However if you deal with your fear as it arises, you may be able to keep it under control.

For example, most people have a fear of public speaking. Now your boss wants you to give a presentation at work, what are you going to do? Quit? You might feel like your life is on the line. Or at least your job. You may feel to look inadequate to your co-workers.

Will this happen? Most likely not. So instead of worrying about the "what ifs" focus on ways to help your presentation. Be well prepared, practice your on friends and family members or even in front of the mirror.

If you remember that fear is just a feeling, it loses much of its power. It can't harm you and in fact can keep you safe in potentially dangerous situations. Like not walking down that dark alley at night.

Look at the pros and cons in any situation on a case by case basis. You may see that any negative consequences are not as bad as you think. This may be a time to ignore your fear and go for it! The point isn't to go wild and start doing everything without considering the consequences, but rather realize whether your fear is justified or not.

Hypnosis Makes Weight Loss Easier

It's really peculiar when I hypnotize weight loss clients they have this idea that the hypnosis will make fat jump off their body. At least that's how they seem to respond sometimes. After their hypnosis sessions they will have healthier eating patterns, healthier food choices and become more active but if they don't lose weight right away they get disappointed and think hypnosis wasn't successful.

The problem is even something so clear and helpful like weight loss by hypnosis gets overlooked in the barrage of weight loss information and books available. With all the books that no one ever sees we could maybe heat up the homes in Boston for the next winter. It's sad at how many books are written, and I'm sure some of them are incredible and I would absolutely add them to my study, but we'll never know. Like the one about weight loss by hypnosis

More and more the topic of weight loss hypnosis is becoming known by people who seek a weight loss approach that actually works, and I don't mean for a while and then go back to your old way. Of course there are programs that will assist a person to actually lose weight, hardly ever without a struggle, but it isn't enough to create a lifestyle change. I hear it all the time… "I now weight more after dieting for years than when I first started. I lose weight and then I gain back more." This is why weight loss hypnosis is the key to real change to create a healthy lifestyle so the weight doesn't keep coming back.

The issue with food and over eating coupled with lack of activity, mostly due to electronics as entertainment, weight loss hypnosis for children is real but all they'd have to do is be told to go out and play and for adults to stop over feeding the kids and when they do, feed them healthier food. Weight loss hypnosis for children is yet another sign of a declining society sinking deeper into the hole of bad health.

I sometimes wonder is there a weight loss program available that truly is different? It seems they all teach you what you already know, or at least after the first weight loss program you join you learn what you need to in order to be aware of what you need to do to lose weight. Fact is we all know what to do without any programs; stop eating unhealthy fast food and everything else that causes fat and physical harm and eat what is healthier.

I know there can be discussions and debates about the best way to lose weight, what works fastest, best, safest or cheapest. What matters is what works for you because if something isn't comfortable then it won't be something you'll stick with. Consistency in anything we do is important even with weight loss thru hypnosis. It's repetition that creates habits and what we want to do is have healthy habits and not have to struggle and rollercoaster in our behaviors.

Creating healthy habits and a healthier lifestyle is the way to maintain a healthy weight to look good, feel good and maybe even live longer. Odds are it isn't going to hurt and weight loss thru hypnosis can be a wonderful part of that approach. I have had many clients make the mistake of thinking they'll get hypnotized, change and never have to worry again. The truth is what we use that works needs to be applied, exercise, eating right or hypnosis.

About Being Conscious Of Your Unconscious

Becoming Conscious of Your Unconscious

It was only in the 20th Century that Sigmund Freud asserted that we have an unconscious mind.

Since then, many techniques have been created to figure out this 'storehouse' of our memories, dreams, and emotions. But what is the unconscious mind? And how can we utilise it to become more whole, or healthy?

There are some things in life you feel you have no control over. Whether its the way you feel when you wake up in the morning, that cup of coffee you seem to need to have, or perhaps the way you think about yourself when you look in the mirror-Your unconscious mind runs all of these behaviours and beliefs. Anything that is repeated several times becomes an unconscious habit.

We are still learning and discovering more about the unconscious mind, but what we do know is that it is very subserviant. It acts in your best interests, and is always trying to fulfil a need.

You may be thinking, how is smoking in my best interests?!? Surely my unconscious mind causes me to smoke, as I can't control my cravings! And you'd be right, your unconscious mind does run your habits. But they were created first and foremost for a reason. Unconsciously you may have wanted to relieve stress, boredom, or cope with a social situation of some sort.

Let's think of your unconscious mind as being like SatNav in a car, and your conscious mind as being the driver. Lets go one step further and say that the car is super-sophisticated and when you program in your Sat Nav, the car will drive itself and get you to where you want to be. Sounds like a good car! But then whats the use of the driver? I hear you say. Well, the driver has the autonomy to program the car, to send it directly where he or she wants to be. And the Sat Nav wilfully responds.

So we can say this is a perfect metaphor for how your conscious and unconscious mind works. You are in the driving seat, you have the power to direct your unconscious mind. Unfortunately most people do not know how they can do this, or even that it is possible! However, since the discovery of the unconscious many have attempted to retrain the unconscious mind to get you where you want to be. Indeed, Empowerment gurus such as Anthony Robbins and Joseph Clough have proven how you can change every area of your life by re-training your unconscious mind.

Sounds too easy to be true? Well, the reason it is so powerful is because your unconscious mind does not know the difference between a real or an imagined situation. This is why dreams can affect us so profoundly and we can wake up in a cold sweat or feeling an emotion in our bodies that wasn't actually real.

As we move towards a whole understanding of science and ourselves, the unconscious mind appears to be a gateway towards accessing the incredible power of our unconscious mind. There have been many successful studies in hypnosis showing that trance can suppress pain, facilitate healing, and much more. The mystery of how and why it works is still as yet unknown.

What the discovery of the unconscious mind shows is that we have access to much more power than we previously thought. As we learn more about our own unconscious mind, we can start to work with it and familiarise ourselves with the way it works. Our unconscious mind is our faithful servant; it is the 'program' or software to how we run our lives.

Imagine what would happen if we got back in the driving seat, if we attempted to harness the power of our own unconscious?

Being in control of our minds allows the conscious and the unconscious to work in harmony with each other- the car is driving to the driver's intended destination.

As we strive to become whole, healthy and happy, perhaps we need only to listen to the subtle forces that guide our thinking in order to relinquish control.

Becoming A Real Hypnotist

A large number of people have thought about trying to learn hypnosis, but they hesitate because they are under the false impression that hypnosis is some type of mystical, smoke and mirrors approach to solving personal problems. The truth is hypnosis is simply a method you can use to make massive improvements in your life. In fact, hypnosis is one of the easiest ways to help you overcome problems and achieve success.

In order to change our behavior, we need to reach the subconscious mind. The conscious mind simply reacts to the programming that is stored at a deeper level. We need to get to this deep level storage space (subconscious mind) in order to bring about long-lasting change. Hypnosis and self-hypnosis can be used to alter the "bad" programming which is often the cause of certain negative behaviors that we want to stop.

The good news is that it is easy to learn how to do hypnosis. The latest tools for learning are based upon a new approach called "brainwave entertainment, or brainwave programming". Hopefully, most of you have read how brain wave frequencies vary according to mental state. For example, daydreaming and light meditation take place in the "Alpha" range of frequencies. With brainwave programming, you only need to listen to a CD, and have it transport you easily and quickly to a meditative state? Would not it be great to start getting all the proven benefits of meditation, without the self discipline and work normally required? Once you learn to unlock the hidden mental power that lay dormant most of the time in yourself, the next step to using what you have learned to influence other people will be quick and easy. Remember that brainwave entertainment is a form of self-hypnosis. And, hypnosis can help the unconscious mind to replace feelings of discomfort with pleasant comfortable feelings, which is the first step to positive behavioral changes.

To become a real hypnotist you must began by using self hypnosis techniques on yourself. To just name a few, hypnosis techniques on yourself can help you to quickly and easily overcome addictions, end pain, lose weight, stop smoking, and most importantly, help you to achieve your true potential and improve your life. All you have to do is get a CD based upon brainwave programming and listen to get the changes you want.

Unfortunately, most of us start our in life allowing negative thoughts to influence our everyday lives. We have problems with self-confidence, health and relationships. Thankfully, it is not too late to start living life as a winner. Winners feel good about themselves and live a life filled with friends, feelings of confidence and self esteem. Brainwave programming is about focusing upon replacing negative emotions and fear with positive emotions and confidence in any situation by changing your thoughts and feelings. And, remember that all you have to do is listen. Once you have conquered you own negative thoughts and negative self image, you will be ready to take the next step and use what you have learned to help yourself to help love ones and other people. You can show other how to delve deep inside their own subconscious to address the issues that are holding them back and creating problems in their life. Then, you will truly be a real hypnotist.

Mind Movies Review

It is a pleasure to keep the public aware of new products on the market. Through my on use of various product that I personally buy, today, I will comment on this product, Mind Movies.

Radical Enoch's Reviews will give you an in-depth report on Mind Movies. This is a step-by-step video tutorial package with some great bonuses.

At first, I was pretty excited about buying my Mind Movie software package. After reviewing their website and typing in my email address on there squeeze page to received more information. Once I was redirected to there main website I was happy with what I read and placed an order so that I may experience this product for myself. My excitement remained!

I was please with the fact that to make your on movies was magnificently easy to make! Although, I do have some knowledge and skills required to make movies. I'm happy to tell you that it is true. You do not need any special skills or technical know-how. Now, all the hard stuff has been done which is reflected in the price of the software. You will need to devote some time, around an hour and a half to two hours max, to create your own Mind Movie.

Once I completed my Mind Movie it worked like a charm. I do not know about you but, I enjoy being able to create my on movies. This got me thinking that I could easily create my own movies on spirituality, movies to help me change my subconscious mind positively and movies about mind over matter. I could go on but, I hope you get my drift, with this software you are able to shift your mindset.

Three short steps to be taking in creating your own Mind Movies:

1. Create a short script for your Mind Movies.

2. Now you find your photo with a cool little program or insert your own.

3. Began putting everything together. Rayn will walk you through the step-by-step process of creating your personal Mind Movies.

I must say, that the instruction on creating and putting the creation process all together was explain in a very simple to understand video tutorial. The Mind Movie team did a very good job at making sure that who ever purchase their product would have easy to understand video instruction. You can be sure that you will know how to install your new proprietary software to learning how to edit your movie.

The Mind Movie team also, realize that not everyone will be using the same type of computer. So, it does not matter if you are using a PC or Mac. I feel that the team from mind movie has made this software exciting, easy, and powerful for its customers. I can assure you that you can start today and feel the affects that the movies you create will have on your own mindset. It will probably take you around 45 minutes to create your first mind movie and than you will be watching what you have created.

Please be aware that if you have Microsoft Windows you will need a program called Power Point to create part of your movies. The Mind Movie team do point this out before you buy, so you will not be purchasing this software without knowing this. This is what I like about the mind movie team. The team seem to be up front in not keeping there customers in the dark on any issue that arises. Now, if you do not have Power Point, no problem, because you can download a program call Open Office which has the same features as MS Office and it is free.

I agree with the team, when its mentioned in the literature that the bonus material alone justifies there price. The bonus includes videos on the way our minds work as well as how to create powerful affirmations. You will also receive mp3 audio's featuring Chris Dines and a very interesting interview with the one and only Dr. Joe Vitale.

You will also, receive six free Mind Movies to see for yourself what this is all about. Which I feel is a good deal within itself. The lists of the free mind movies are below:

Your pre-made Mind Movies include:

1. Wealth & Improving Your Finances

2. Health & Weight Loss

3. Closer Family Relations

4. Spiritual Fulfillment & Gratitude

How Self Help Hypnosis Works

If you are looking for hypnosis treatments to solve your problems, you may realize you are confronted with some little problems...

  1. You are scared off by the cost of arranging a hypnotic session by hypnotists.
  2. You are not sure if hypnosis works before spending a large sum.
  3. There are few hypnotists in your area who can help you.

However, there is a piece of good news for you, that you can enjoy the benefits without going outside. With the expansion of information technology, hypnosis has spread the root over the internet, and you can readily access a lot of hypnosis materials. As long as you have an internet connection, you can try out self hypnosis downloads from online stores. In fact, if you conduct searches online, you will find there are standalone digital downloads, audio CDs and transcripts available from these stores. You can enjoy the benefits of hypnosis at the comfort of your home. But how do self hypnosis downloads work for you?
How self hypnosis tracks work

Self hypnosis tracks can be purchased in usually two forms, either as digital downloads or recorded inside audio CDs. To play the tracks, you only require music players software and a set of headphones. The audio records a complete hypnotic session conducted by a hypnotist. You will listen to the suggestions as if a hypnotist were here to hypnotize you. There is no schedule, and you are free to listen to the recordings when you feel the need of it.

Effectiveness of self hypnosis downloads
The effect of self hypnosis audios highly depends on the environment and emotional status of oneself. For best results, you should listen to the self hypnosis downloads in a comfortable environment, when you are fully relaxed. Do not listen to hypnosis audio tracks when you are performing other activities that require your full attention, such as driving. If the hypnosis tracks do not give you immediate results, you will require repeated listening to fully receive the benefits.

How to get started with self hypnosis
Self hypnosis downloads provide a convenient means to simulate real hypnotic sessions by hypnotists. Are you annoyed with some existing psychological problems? Checkout the full list of hypnosis downloads available at http://www.intuitivehypnosis.com/audio/. With over a hundred tracks available, you will definitely find a hypnosis cure to tackle the issue such as weight loss or to stop smoking. Do not wait to take action until the situation worsens.

About Hypnosis

There are many stories about hypnotherapy being dangerous, turning people into chickens, people not being able to wake up, and unscrupulous hypnotists exploiting their 'vulnerable' patients. However there are many people who are adamant that it has helped change their lives, helping them succeed in their goals. Millions of people swear that it has helped them with many issues such as weight loss, quitting smoking, other addictions, confidence, phobias, stress, success, IBS, and many more issues.

Many people are missing out on this powerful yet safe therapeutic tool because they are too afraid to use it. I hope to dispel these fears by answering these common questions about hypnotherapy.

Can I be hypnotized? Most people can go into a hypnotic trance. The only types of people that cannot be hypnotised are ... 1. Those suffering from psychosis or a thought disorder 2. A person with a low IQ 3. A person does not want to be hypnotised. It is very easy to resist hypnosis if you want to.

What is a hypnotic trance? It is a normal and natural state that most of us experience several times a day. It commonly happens when people are driving. Have you ever driven somewhere and not really remembered the journey? It also often occurs when reading a book or watching TV. Sometimes you can be so absorbed in the book or TV programme that you are not consciously aware that someone is talking to you. Hypnosis is the focussing of the conscious attention in such a narrow corridor of influence. The conscious mind is so intensely focussed that other influences are not being critically analysed by the conscious mind. We still hear them, although we are not always aware. A good example of this is when you are in a place where there are several conversations going on at once. They may all sound like a mass of background noise. However if someone in one of those conversations mentions your name, you then consciously focus on that conversation. How did you know someone said your name? Your subconscious mind (which is far more powerful than your conscious mind) was listening to EVERY conversation AT THE SAME TIME! That is perhaps a reason why you can sometimes "just know" something. Your subconscious mind has absorbed it without you consciously being aware.

What does hypnosis feel like? When in a trance you feel more mentally and physically relaxed. It is a very pleasant experience, and you can tell that you are still in control. You can still hear exactly what is going on around you, unless you choose to drift your attention away. You become aware that you can easily stand up, talk, or move whenever you want. A lot of people (me included) when they first experience a hypnotic trance move their fingers or hands in order to test whether they can move at will. Sometimes a patient can be a little difficult to wake up. This is not a sinister thing as it has been portrayed. No one has ever been stuck in trance. It is more a case that a patient just "can't be bothered" to wake up as it feels so pleasant. However they soon become bored and will wake up pretty soon. One trick the old hypnosis pro's use is to tell the patient that they are charging for the time. It's amazing how quickly they then wake up!

Is hypnosis dangerous? A hypnotic trance is actually a very natural state that almost everyone goes into several times per day. In 1955 the British Medical Association set up an inquiry which favourably reported hypnosis as a therapeutic tool. It even recommended that it should be taught at medical schools. Hypnosis was also approved by the Council of Mental Health of the American Medical Association in September of 1958 as a safe practice with no harmful side effects. Since then there has been acceleration in the establishment of hypnosis societies for doctors, dentists, and psychologists. No one has been seriously hurt with hypnosis.

Can I be made to do things against my will? You could never be made to do anything against your will or contrary to your value system. If this was actually possible, would there not be criminals learning the art of hypnotherapy in order to hypnotise their bank managers to opening the vaults and handing over a large sum of cash?! In a trance, you would not unknowingly reveal your deepest secrets. You can even lie when in a trance, which is one reason why testimony in hypnosis is not permissible evidence in a court of law. It is only used by police to help with the investigation. A person will only act upon suggestions that serve them in some way or reinforce an expected behaviour, anything else their subconscious will just ignore. Most people develop these misperceptions from seeing or hearing about a Stage Hypnosis show. However they largely achieve their results from showmanship, selection of the more extrovert people, and peer pressure.

How long will it take before I notice a change? In one session, you can expect to become more relaxed than you are right now. Most people do not relax enough, and some people never seem to relax! Being more relaxed can help most mental and physical problems that you may have. I have often had patients report back to me that people noticed that they seemed more relaxed after just one session. In the past I have significantly helped problems such as IBS, skin complaints, and addictions, simply by doing relaxation work. Hypnosis can bridge the gap between your head and your heart, making your goals much more emotionally compelling, and therefore increasing your chances of permanent change. Depending upon the intensity of your session and the number of times you have listened to the recording, you will notice suggestions for the desired behavioural changes spontaneously popping into your conscious mind almost immediately.

8 Best Tips For Successful Autosuggestion

AUTOSUGGESTION

What is autosuggestion?

Autosuggestion, Affirmations, Self-hypnosis or I AM statements can be used to influence our subconscious mind into believing positive things about ourselves. The subconscious mind accepts and believes the information which the conscious mind feeds it on a regular basis. Anything we think or say over and over will become an intrinsic part of our character. The notion is, we can condition our subconscious mind to hold only positive self beliefs, and therefore will become the reality we experience. For example one who exclaims ' I am happy' everyday is more than likely going to experience and recognise more happiness on a day to day basis than one who says ' I suffer from depression'. Simple isn't it? I know, but it's unbelievable how this obvious but infinitely valuable tool is disregarded. It's almost too easy to be true, but reason attests to truth of this effective procedure.

Things to remember when practicing autosuggestion

1. Say it aloud. Like prayer, autosuggestion is made more powerful when said vocally

2. Believe and feel the emotions connected to the statements. It is imperative, that when making your declarations, that you really FEEL and BELIEVE them. This is the key. If you have trouble actually believing, if there are any doubts at all, then make it more believable to yourself by stating it in future terms. For example if you say I AM RICH, you may look around and see your present circumstances and feel like you are trying to fool yourself. Instead say I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BECOMING RICH. This way will eliminate doubts and may feel more real to you. Having said this, where ever possible use the present tense. Just use your judgement as to how much you really believe it. If you believe yourself to be good looking go right ahead and utter I AM ATTRACTIVE, if you don't believe that however, try I AM GETTING MORE ATTRACTIVE EVERYDAY. It's more plausible to the doubting mind, and over time the weakness will become strength.

3. Repeat often, at the very least once a day

4. Be careful of the wording. The sub conscious does not acknowledge negatives, DO NOT IMAGINE A PINK ELEPHANT UP A BLUE TREE. I know what you just did; you just thought of a pink elephant up a blue tree didn't you? This is because our sub conscious mind does not register negatives. It skipped the DO NOT in my suggestion to you and went with the more positive command of IMAGINE A PINK ELEPHANT UP A BLUE TREE, which you did. In a recent Derren Brown experiment he illustrated this concept of negative suggestion, by suggesting to his unsuspecting participant, that if she were to press the red button in front of her it would kill a cat in a glass tank next to her. He repeats many times, DO NOT PRESS THE RED BUTTON, whatever you do; do not press the red button. Then he leaves the room. Guess what she does? Yes, she pressed it, even though it is plain to see she likes the cat and really doesn't want to do it, he has actually suggested to her PRESS THE RED BUTTON, whatever you do, press the red button, too many time s for her to resist the urge. By the way, the cat was fine and afterwards he explains to her it was all a set up, and gave her a prize to compensate for enduring the ordeal. Why am I telling you this? Because the same applies in autosuggestion, negative suggestion will also work and give you the reverse effect. So instead of saying IM NOT FAT, say I AM LEAN, MUSCULAR AND TONED, rather than IM NOT STUPID, declare IM SO INTELLIGENT! Catch my drift? Make sure all your statements are worded positively. The sub conscious mind is like fertile land, but it will bring forth weeds just as readily as it will desirable crops. Therefore, take care that you only sow desirable seeds.

5. Make it specific and general. For example I AM BRILLIANT AT FOOTBALL would be very general, to be more distinct you could say I WILL SCORE A HAT TRICK or I WILL KEEP A CLEAN SHEET, depending on whether you're a striker or a goalie, just tailor it your own needs.

6. Where ever it is relevant, use I AM..., there is something very powerful about those words. God describes himself to us in this way. It is wise for us to do so too, so long as you declare something constructive and good.

7. Write them down! Writing them is not only a good way to record them, but also the process of actually writing you're affirmations out is very beneficial and quite therapeutic.

8. Remember the compliments you receive, Forget the insults. Those are words from the song Sunscreen by Baz Luhrmann. They are very important. We must always remember it is not just our own opinions that affect us. Others are also using autosuggestion on you. If someone says YOUR FAT, YOUR A TERRIBLE SINGER or YOUR BROTHER IS THE SMART ONE, unfortunately we readily accept these types of comments as true and they can be hard to shake off. Many build inferiority complexes because a parent, spouse, colleague or friend was too careless to think of the effect such a comment may have. In turn we must always monitor that which we say to others. If it is not uplifting then don't say it. Also when we do receive a compliment, accept it! It's ok! For some reason we as humans find it so tough to show gratitude for a compliment. Someone says WOW I LOVE YOUR DRESS, and the response is "Oh you mean this old thing? No it makes my bum look big". Accept the compliment and perhaps reply with one too. The more you give and accep t compliments the more you will receive. The less you mock others and ignore when they do offend you, you will discover the amount of insults you receive from others will decrease.

Good luck! Stuck for ideas? Here's a list of autosuggestions you may find handy!

Using Hypnosis To Control Panic Attacks

What is a panic attack?

It is normal, natural and common to get panicky from time to time. You may be late for work, think you can hear a burglar downstairs, or be ready to sit an exam. These feelings are normal and pass fairly quickly.

However panic attacks are not dangerous and therefore nothing bad is actually going to happen to you. It is very important that you accept this. It is simply like a false alarm - like an annoying smoke detector that goes off at the wrong times. The problem is that our 'alarm system' was designed millions of years ago when we had many more potential dangers to deal with. We have a lot less potential threats to deal with now, but our body does not know this. Instead today we also have lots of different stresses that we are not designed to deal with (see article on stress).

A large number of people have experienced panic attacks at some point in their lives. Some people may get them daily, whereas others may get them every few months or even years. They are fairly common and are not a sign of mental illness.

Some of the symptoms include:

Heart pounding, beating fast, or missing a beat Chest pains Breathing fast or feeling short of breath Numbness or tingling in the fingers toes or lips Feeling sick Feeling faint Feelings of terror Feelings of unreality, like you are not really there Feeling anxious in situations where you have had a panic attack before

People often think negative thoughts, which are untrue, such as:

I am having a heart attack I am going to be sick I cannot breath I am going to make an idiot of myself I have to get out of here now

After experiencing a panic attack people sometimes escape the situation and avoid it in the future. This can be detrimental and may re-enforce the fear. The mind will realise that something 'bad' happened the last time you were in a particular situation, and the longer you leave it before facing the situation again, the more the mind is convinced the same will happen again. This can become a self fulfilling prophecy.

It is better to quickly face the situation again, even if you need to 'dilute' it at first. For example if you had a panic attack in the supermarket, you may wish to initially travel to the supermarket but not even go in. For the next step you may wish to go inside, but not buy anything. Next you may wish to do a small shop, or have a friend to go round with you. After returning from these exposures, notice how you have returned and you are OK - you are still alive and well! Some of you may wish to simply return to the scene and carry on as normal. By challenging your fears you can become more in control, and the attacks should become less and less common.

It is also useful to not quickly escape the situation. If you can, try and remain in the place you are having a panic attack until it passes. This is really helpful in breaking the cycle of fear. Remind yourself that you have had panic attacks before and nothing bad is going to actually happen.

Thankfully panic attack are very successfully treated with hypnosis and breathing exercises. Regularly use the relaxation and ego boost sessions on our site will be very useful. Also see the articles related to breathing. Slow breathing techniques can really help the panic to go away. Regular use of all these will undoubtedly allow you to have a much more relaxed outlook on life.

What is Conversational Hypnosos?

"Your hypnosis worked, Kate. How did you do it?

As a therapist, hypnosis has proved to be an invaluable tool. Or, to be more exact, "Conversational Hypnosis" has been that invaluable tool. It's a technique that SWAT Team Specialists are being taught. And now it's the hottest new thing with top salesmen.

The most astounding fact is -- anyone can do it. But how?

The power of NLP and Hypnosis have radically changed peoples lives...

NLP is pretty easy to learn BUT mastering everyday conversational hypnosis has always been a serious problem.

The undisputed master of hypnosis (and the source of a surprising number of patterns in NLP as well) was Dr. Milton H. Erickson.

The thing is very few people have ever been able to master hypnosis like Erickson, let alone be able to successfully teach it to others.

Especially Conversational Hypnosis.

That changed with the release of "THE POWER OF CONVERSATIONAL HYPNOSIS".

It's by maverick hypnotist Igor Ledochowski, the author of the "Deep Trance Training Manual" and a world renowned Hypnotherapist trainer.

It's the most ADVANCED course ANYWHERE on conversational hypnosis.

In fact here's what hypnotic marketer, certified hypnotherapist and star of the NLP inspired hit film "The Secret" says about it...

"I didn't believe this material would be that good, but it turns out to be a breathtaking course on using hypnosis in everyday conversation.

"I've never seen or heard anything this complete, powerful, or convincing.

"I love it."

Dr. Joe Vitale - mrfire.com

One of the reasons Dr. Joe Vitale loves this course is because he discovered secrets like...

* The entire Conversational Hypnosis Protocol, Igor's most closely held and powerful teachings.

* The powerful "hypnotic triple" command that SWAT teams use to force compliance...even in a fire-fight with hardened criminals.

* How an instant rapport technique will get even total strangers to open up to you...reveal their inner longings...and give you all the clues you need to persuade them to do as you say.

* The conversational way to get a sales prospect to imagine the intense feelings of owning what you are selling, so they naturally feel compelled to buy right now!

In fact you can help them intensify the feelings so strongly that all objections simply melt away.

* The easiest way to join the elite group of "hypnotic persuasion experts" by using their secret patterns for influence...(it's easier than you think)

* Create an instant trigger to unleash your targets deepest desires...and how to point them in your direction...(Igor's innovative techniques are more refined and more powerful than any other)

* A simple trick that creates amnesia for any objection your target may have to your suggestion...they simply forget to remember what it was that might have stopped them from following your suggestions.

* What it means when your target "talks with their hands" and how to use their gestures to literally get inside their head.

* How to know if a target is "talking to themselves" with internal dialogue...and how to join that dialogue so your voice seems like it comes from inside their own mind!

And that's BARELY scratching the surface...

So do check it out now, while you can, I promise you won't be disappointed.

What Is Hypnosis?

Figuring out what Hypnosis is?

Metaphysical & Spiritual

There is yet another side to hypnosis, the metaphysical. This point of view is fascinating to many people because it involves very deep questions we have about ourselves. Have I lived before? Where do we come from, where are we going? Philosophically and mystically oriented individuals wonder if the mind can remember incarnations and spiritual memories. This particular line of thought is based on the premise that our inner mind remembers every moment and every event beyond our current incarnation. Other metaphysical thought ponders if the "Subconscious" mind is just a label for the conduit of the collective consciousness of the universe. Others speculate whether going into the state of hypnosis enables our consciousness to tap into psychic powers. You may have heard the term "Regression" but most people are unaware of the term "Progression" as it relates to hypnosis. Where regression is going back in time and remembering long lost events, progression is moving into the future and seeing what lies ahead. We c an wonder if this explains how the great psychics like the Nostradamuses or Edgar Cases of the world accurately predicted the future or whether gifted children labeled as "Prodigies" have retained the information and skills from a past life. Speculations such as these are abundant and add to the mystery, acceptance, and lack of acceptance of hypnosis and of those who practice hypnosis in a clinical way. You can see why some people may balk at the idea of seeking a Hypnotherapist.

From what I've witnessed, with the use of hypnosis we can discover who we really are. We can become in tune with the forces that are around us which most of the time we are unaware of or ignore. Religion and faith are both good and necessary in my opinion, a lot of our knowledge in this area being based on ancient texts and stories. If one gets a feeling or intuition while reading these religious writings the validity for that individual is solidified even more strongly. However, some people require proof about the spiritual world. Can we gain insight into the universe and ourselves by using other methods? With the use of hypnosis, can learning more about ourselves through an "Inner Journey" shed new light on who we are, where we're going, and who we've been in the past?

Therapy

Now, let's talk about the therapy point of view, the clinical side of hypnosis. The clinical side of hypnosis deals with the manipulation of a natural state of mind. The point is to enhance that state of mind and to eliminate negative behaviors, feelings, perceptions, emotions, and greatly help or cure physical problems. This point of view maintains that everything is a perception and that any negative perception will greatly affect one's emotional and physical health. Also unresolved emotion that builds in the subconscious mind can trigger many problems, but how does hypnosis really help in this regard?

Does negative unresolved emotion directly contributes to vast amounts of illnesses? Is this a lasting cure or only temporary? Through the use of hypnosis is it possible to correct these problems? How can hypnosis do any of this?

So you see that simple word hypnosis conjures up all kinds of different thoughts and ideas doesn't it? As a hypnotist, I want to state that you have stumbled upon something that is better than finding a buried treasure chest. You hold in your hands a discovery of monumental proportions! Who are we? Where do we come from? These are very real and very old questions pondered throughout the ages. Can we heal ourselves? Do I have to continue to live with so many emotional and physical problems?

These are very interesting questions to be sure and ones that you may be able to answer after reading the words in this text. If you only knew what I know, if you could see what I have witnessed, and by reading this book you will! Let's now explore this fascinating subject - "Hypnosis."

Achieving The Hypnotic State

The "induction" is the first part of the hypnosis process. It is a relaxed trance-like state, much like daydreaming or meditating. Have you ever been the middle of listening to someone and then drifted off to somewhere else? Or be engrossed in a book to the point where two hours have gone by without realizing it? It's that half-awake feeling as you drift to sleep. These are the altered states of mind or trance states

There are many misconceptions have about the power of hypnosis. Hypnotists that 'perform' on the stage are for entertainment only. You cannot be made to do anything, say anything, or behave in any way that you do not want to. Your sense of morality and judgment about right and wrong cannot be affected. You are always in control during a hypnotic trance. Just like you are in a fully wakeful state. You need to 'agree' to go into a hypnotic state. You can't be put there by coercion.

Induction prepares the mind and body to go to the next stage of the hypnotic process, a state of complete relaxation. To alter your awareness state, a combination of techniques may be used. Breathing, relaxation, visualizations, use of metaphors or bombarding the critical mind with an overload of information can all induce the mind to start to alter its state of awareness.

There are all sorts of gadgets that create moving shapes or noises, but they are just gimmicks. When it comes to listening to self-hypnosis audio recordings, there is no concrete evidence that using headphones with two different voices in stereo sound, overlaying of voices one on top of another, subliminal messages, or special sound effects, actually increases the success of the process at all, on the contrary, these effects can often be most annoying, and rather than allowing the listener to focus on the voice, they can actually create such a distraction that the process ceases to work.

Hypnosis To Give You The energy

Author: Terry Doherty

From elite athletes to Sunday joggers, the ability to maintain energy levels and drive to succeed can wax and wane on a regular basis. Training schedules reflect goals and plans. A marathon schedule, for example, often contains several types of runs. During the week interval training takes precedence when time is limited. At the weekend, long runs are a key element of marathon training and can take from two to three hours at a time. In order to remain motivated, the mind and body must be aligned in order to make it out the door.

An athlete can perfect their diet. You can utilize calories in and calories out. Protein bars, energy drinks, these are all ways one can improve and boost energy levels. However, the mental element of finding the way to achieving maximum energy and performance is often the toughest aspect.

Getting a good night sleep, resting, and hypnosis are three tools that can maximize mental performance before a marathon, big match, or any type of event which demands your maximum physical and mental performance. Hypnosis and the power of suggestion can optimise performance.

During a typical hypnosis session the athlete might receive suggestions that vary from increasing concentration amidst distraction to focusing on allowing muscles and ligaments to remain healthy and injury free. NLP, or Neuro-linguistic programming, has been shown to help motivation levels and thus keep energy levels high. Hypnosis and NLP reach the subconscious; they work against all of the negative energy that might be limiting.

Hypnosis and NLP has worked wonders with both individuals and teams. In team atmospheres, hypnosis can help to make teamwork even more effective as team members become more self-aware and thus more aware of others.

Athletes who have experienced hypnosis describe their post-hypnosis training sessions and competitions as more focused, more productive, and more invigorated. These feelings aren’t just experienced directly after the hypnosis session, but long into the future, with some maintenance work on breathing and self-hypnosis.

Some of the top athletes in the world use NLP and hypnosis to achieve maximum performance. Golfer Tiger Woods uses the technique to remain focused in competition. Tennis champion Jimmy Conners reportedly used hypnosis before some of his biggest matches.

Well-reputed licensed hypnotist Terry Doherty offers athletes custom developed hypnosis and NLP to help reach and achieve their goals. Terry has helped both teams and individuals improve their attention span and concentration through the power of suggestion, relaxation, and focus. Travelling directly to the homes and gyms of athletes, Terry has worked throughout Great Britain and Europe.

How Your Brain Works During Hypnosis

Have you ever noticed that the planner or controller of a group is considered not just the leader but the brains of the operation; they are someone who always makes others do what they are expected to do. In reality, the human brain truly operates like this. During hypnosis, it even gets a life of its own.

The brain, anatomically, is a giant blob of gray matter divided into three parts: the medulla oblongata, cerebellum, and cerebrum. The medulla oblongata has control over automatic body functions such as the heart beat. The cerebellum has control over coordination and the nervous system. The cerebrum controls all high levels of thinking and operating.

Aside from the biology, most people consider there to be two parts of the brain, the right side and the left side. To any hypnotherapist, the brain, more specifically the cerebrum or thinking part of the brain is divided into the conscious and subconscious.

The conscious mind is the section of your mind that is aware and actively thinking about whatever is in front of you. The subconscious part of your mind in a type of repository for neural pathways, memories, and even thoughts that are continually recorded and cataloged.

The subconscious records every single activity as it happens, whether you are consciously aware of it happening or not. This is why you can have fuzzy recollections or ideas about something that has happened but do not really remember it or cannot explain a specific reason for it.

The conscious mind is made of what we do and decisions it makes during every waking moment. Behind it (or beneath it - depending on how you look at it) is our subconscious mind, which advises the conscious mind when making decisions based on past habits and experiences. You can often get a glimpse of your subconscious mind at work through dreams, which is when your brain will organize all of its randomly occurring thoughts and memories.

During the process of organizing thoughts and memories, as well as recording them, some get lost in the mix of the neural pathways. This is where hypnosis either on your own or with a professional can be effective in controlling the subconscious mind and what it is thinking.

Hypnosis also can remove negative thoughts and neural patterns along with habits that have become embedded very deep in the subconscious mind.

Meditation is often linked with hypnosis; and while they are completely unique and independent from each other they do overlap in terms of brain activity. This is actually proven to be true when measuring the brain during hypnosis and mediation using brain scans like an EKG.

The large difference lies in the outcome. Meditation focuses on relaxation and introspection whereas hypnosis tries to achieve a specific goal by utilizing the hypnotic state coupled with the power of suggestion.

Can Hypnosis Really Work?

Author: Richard Lifeswayz

Hypnosis does indeed work and is used widely by many therapists to help people overcome phobias, lose weight, stop smoking and discontinue bad habits. Anyone can be hypnotized but some will be more susceptible to this trance like state than others. The hypnotic state is one that is trancelike and the actual word hypnosis is derived from a Greek word meaning ‘nervous sleep’. This is actually incorrect because when a person is hypnotized they are in state of consciousness that is difficult to define. Hypnotized people are aware yet unaware and their minds can be manipulated by the hypnotist. Suggestion is used while people are hypnotized for therapy to quit bad habits smoking, or other healing as mentioned above. So yes, the answer to does hypnosis really work is a positive one. Why is there so much secrecy around hypnosis? Many consider hypnosis a form of brainwashing and are totally against any form of hypnosis for this reason. In a hypnotized state a person is not fully in control of them selves and can th us be manipulated. You will also find that although there is tons of information it is difficult to really find out the true ways of learning how to hypnotize people because it can be dangerous in the wrong hands. Underground Hypnosis course are available but they will not come cheap for obvious reasons. It takes dedication to learn hypnosis techniques and this is a skill that must be used responsibly. A master hypnotist can hypnotize susceptible people quickly using underground hypnosis techniques and the average person can also learn self hypnotism to better their quality of life. Considering the above paragraph the answer does hypnosis really work is once again yes it certainly does. Is self hypnosis effective and what is underground Hypnosis? Many people have used self hypnosis to achieve their goals in sports, get promotions at work, better their health and well being and improve their relationships. Underground hypnosis is a combination of hypnosis techniques, NLP Seduction, and asocial engineering t hat makes it possible to influence people. Underground hypnosis stirred a huge controversy a while ago and this is the reason that it has become a course that only a select few can get their hands on if they know where to find it. This hypnosis technique was also labeled black ops hypnosis, brainwashing, and was even labeled a scam. Those that invested in underground hypnosis will tell you otherwise but will rather keep mum about it. Hypnosis can be used to better your life and if you are shy, lack self confidence or an under achiever then you will do well to invest in learning covert underground hypnosis. Does underground hypnosis really work you will ask. To this question the answer is to find out for your self. Off the Track Hypnosis Information on hypnosis is vague and this is how the experts want to make it seem. When you read the many articles on hypnosis they will make it sound like it is not really worth pursuing. This is something they want everyone to believe and they have convinced people that h ypnosis is not really something special and useless to the average person anyway. Interesting don’t you think?

Can Hypnosis Help With Blushing?

Author: Mark C Roberts

Excessive blushing is a relatively common problem that many people endure. The condition can be embarrassing, leading to even more redness in the face. Merely anticipating a blush can lead to a facial blushing. Many people want to stop blushing but they simply do not know how. Shyness Many associate facial blushing with shyness. While many shy individuals experience problem with blushing, the two conditions may exist independently of one another. A shy person does not necessarily blush easily. Blushing, however, is an indicator that a person is shy by nature. Some people can easily identify a shy person because of blushing problems. This doesn’t mean that everyone who blushes is shy. Social Phobia Excessive facial blushing can also be an indicator of a social phobia. The individual is so overwhelmed with certain situations that he becomes red in the face. Blushing is not significant in the diagnosis of a social phobia. A person with social anxiety or social phobia exhibits a number of different symptoms. Blushing is just one of several criteria that must be met in order for a diagnosis to be made. Severity Blushing problems come in a wide spectrum of severity. Many people have no problem with the occasional blush. They may adopt it as an endearing aspect of their personality. These cases are quite simple and do not interfere with everyday activities. Those who experience excessive blushing may feel overwhelmed. They may try to avoid social situations and it can interfere with the person’s ability to function properly on a daily basis. When to Seek Help There are a few approaches to consider when you want to find ways to stop blushing. The first step is to determine when to seek help. The very thought of wanting to address this problem is a serious indicator that you are ready to choose a treatment approach. If your tendency to blush is so overwhelming that it causes you anxiety, then it is time to seek help for the condition. There is no need to feel stress about a condition when there are simple approaches that can help you overcome it. The thought of blushing may interfere with your daily activities. You may avoid approaching people because you are afraid of turning red. If you avoid social situations for fear of blushing, you may be ready to seek help. Some people seek help for the condition when they feel it interferes with their careers. High profile positions call for confidence. Blushing can disrupt your confidence. Your Options There are a few choices to consider when addressing this problem. You can opt for invasive surgery or medications. These approaches may not be appealing to anyone who wants to avoid anything extreme. Side effects of the medications are another consideration to make. Hypnotherapy is another approach that is noninvasive and has no side effects. This is a favorite therapy for people who want to stop blushing. Using Self Hypnosis To Conquer Your Blushing Problem As previously mentioned, hypnotherapy can be effective in helping those with a blushing problem to overcome it. You can acheive this through Self Hypnosis Recordings. One such recording is Stop Blushing by Debbie Williams; this excellent recording has Williams' ten years of experience and clinical expertise and comes with a full 60 day money back guarantee. How can you gain self-esteem and confidence through hypnosis? Well, you want to improve your self-esteem permanently, not for today or tomorrow. So, you need to reprogram your subconscious mind. You will do it with Self-Esteem Hypnotic Induction (hypnotic induction - is the process by which hypnosis is realized). You need to rid yourself from the parental judgments that labeled you wrong, bad or dumb in the past. You must see yourself positively and banish the critic in your subconscious. - Improve your self-projection. You need to think that people see you as a good friend, they want to speak to you, they are interested in what you say, people notice you and regard you as a wonderful person. - Increase your confidence and self-acceptance. You need to think positively about your mind, intelligence, creativity, abilities and talents. - Change your perspective on your relationship to a given problem. You need to stop making roadblocks for yourself. You must change the way you see the problems and think positively. Now, it is time to start using the self-esteem induction for high self-esteem. Self-Esteem Induction begins: - Now see a blackboard with uncomfortable labels you were given to you in the past, the labels that slowed you down and failed to reflect the wonderful, strong, and good qualities you have, and now see those labels on the board and now see each one and take an eraser and erase those labels from the board, just erase each of them, they have no meaning for you, none at all and now the blackboard is blank and you write anything you want to write, and now you take the chalk and you write the words that describe yourself... You write confident...valuable...important...and...skilled. Now you write other words to describe yourself. Look at those words. And now begin to imagine yourself standing tall, proud of who you are. You are fine. The way you look and act and think are fine, they contribute to making you the wonderful person you are. Imagine yourself experiencing a new and healthy energy that helps you to accomplish all that you n eed to do. For a moment, just reflect on all of the positive aspects of yourself: your creativity, your intelligence, your talents. See yourself as a positive person. Just imagine yourself speaking to co-workers, bosses or employees. See yourself confident, very confident, you are certain of your correctness, your talents, your appeal, your conversation with others is easy, people are interested in what you are saying, they notice and regard you as a wonderful person, just imagine projecting yourself in the most positive way, assertive and self-assured. You will approach problems with these thoughts: "I can do it," "I have the energy," "I'm just right for the job," "I can take charge," "I can solve this." You are confident, capable, talented and you have appeal. You are kind to yourself, you no longer have time for negative thoughts or feelings, you fill your mind with positive ideas, productive goals and you look at life as an adventure".
